What’s the difference between headshots and branding sessions?

How do I prepare for a branding session?
We’ll schedule a planning call to discuss your goals, brand vibe, outfits, props, and shot list. I’ll also send you a preparation guide.
Do you offer packages for teams or small businesses?
Absolutely! Whether you need headshots for your team or a full-day branding shoot, I’ll tailor a package to fit your needs.
Event Photography
What types of events do you cover?
I photograph corporate events, networking functions, galas, conferences, and private celebrations like birthdays or anniversaries.
Do you capture candid moments or posed photos?
Both. I’ll document your event with a natural, storytelling approach while also ensuring we get key posed shots.
When will I receive my event photos?
You’ll receive a full gallery within 7-14 days. Rush delivery is available upon request.
Family Photography
Where do your family sessions take place?
You can choose from beautiful outdoor locations, your home, or a meaningful spot. I’ll help guide you based on your vision.
What should we wear for our session?
Soft neutrals, coordinating colors, and avoiding bold patterns work best. I’ll send a style guide to help you feel confident and camera-ready.
How long is the session and how many photos will we get?
Sessions last around 30–60 minutes, and you’ll receive a gallery of 30–50 professionally edited images.
Booking & Delivery
How do I book a session?
Use my Book Your Session page or email me at info@bassamsebtiphotography.com. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.
How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a private, downloadable online gallery within 1–2 weeks, depending on the type of session.
Do you retouch the images?
Yes—every image is edited for lighting, color, and light retouching. Advanced retouching is available if needed.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, and your retainer will carry over for a future session (within 3 months).
